Our seminars traditionally feature three general topics: Probate, estate and inheritance tax, and longterm-care planning. However, there are major changes on the horizon in terms of planning for longterm care, and an attorney's role is more important than ever.
Because of these recent events and proposals, I have decided to offer a workshop on the importance of long-term care planning. Now more than ever, delay can result in unnecessary and potentially disastrous financial consequences for you and those you care about. Therefore anyone, regardless of age, needs to learn the latest trends used to legally but effectively preserve assets.
Subjects to be covered, with updates, include:

It has been a while since I have done a seminar series in Northern Worcester County. Truth be known, it has been very busy in the office. However, I felt it important to take some time to hit the road again, since there have been so many changes and developments in the areas of estate planning and asset preservation.
As usual, there is a lot of uncertainty in this area, and procrastination can lead to disastrous results. The good news, however, is that more is within your individual control than you think. Protecting what you do have, and managing and preparing for those inevitable issues we all face, can bring you a sense of peace you may otherwise be missing.
Take action to quell and calm the fears from the uncertainty, and you will know that you have protected the people you hold dear, as well as the assets you worked so hard to achieve. Don't let procrastination prevent you from taking control of your future and protecting your loved ones and assets.
Our seminar is free of charge and will touch on a variety of topics, feature some brand new illustrations, and summarize the recent changes to probate and estate tax laws, including the most recent fiscal cliff issues. A substantial portion of the seminar is devoted to long-term-care/nursing home concerns, incapacity planning, and creditor protection. Further, we also will offer in
For all these reasons, I look forward to seeing you. Call (978) 342-1914 to reserve your place, or visit www.dellamonaca.com to register online.
